i don't care if you're not vegan (though i'd be curious as to why you're reading this if you're not), you NEED to go to PRI.
the place is small, probably has the world record for shortest hours (5-9PM or something of the sort excluding monday and perhaps some other day) and the smallest pizza oven, but they make AMAZING pizza.
they have a periodic table of ingredients that includes corn on the cob and peaches among other oddities and more traditional items. they have beer available and often have little vegan treats.
we usually just go pick one up and take it home since that means we don't have to wait and it also means we don't have to risk getting a bad seat. the place IS small in case i didn't make that clear.
make sure to order the vegan (their homemade "ricotta cheese" is to DIE for and totally puts cosmic pizza to shame) and if you feel like being surprised, order the chef's choice. it usually has more toppings than the price would suggest and it's worth it.
be forewarned: they layer on nearly whole toppings in gluttonous quantities. even for a hungry cyclist, one or two slices is often enough to be totally engorged.
if anyone ever wants to hook up for a slice of pie there, i'm game!
